This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions for refunds related to SpeechMax subscriptions, plans, and purchases.

By purchasing or subscribing to SpeechMax, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SpeechMax offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time purchases made directly through SpeechMax.
To qualify for a refund, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions:
- You are within the first 30 days of your initial subscription or purchase;
- You have actively used the SpeechMax app during the 30-day period;
- You submit your refund request within the allowed refund request window;
- You provide sufficient proof of usage if requested;
- Your request is submitted to info@speechmaxx.com.
2. Active Usage Requirement
The 30-day guarantee is intended for users who genuinely used the platform and did not achieve satisfactory results.
To qualify, users must demonstrate reasonable and consistent use of SpeechMax during the first 30 days.
Examples of qualifying usage may include:
- completing speaking exercises;
- submitting voice recordings;
- reviewing AI feedback;
- engaging with lessons or training modules;
- using core platform features consistently.
SpeechMax reserves the right to review account activity and usage history before approving any refund request.
Refunds may be denied where:
- there is little or no genuine usage;
- the platform was not meaningfully used;
- usage activity appears fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated.
3. Refund Request Window
Refund requests may only be submitted:
- during the first 30 days of your subscription; and
- no earlier than 7 days before your billing period or plan ends.
Requests submitted:
- too early,
- after the eligible period,
- or outside the allowed refund window
may be denied.
4. Non-Refundable Renewals and Future Charges
After the initial 30-day period has passed, SpeechMax is not obligated to provide refunds for:
- subscription renewals;
- recurring billing charges;
- future months of usage;
- unused subscription time;
- partial billing periods;
- upgraded plans;
- additional purchases;
- failure to cancel before renewal.
Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal dates if they do not wish to continue being charged.
5. App Store and Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased SpeechMax through:
- Apple App Store,
- Google Play,
- or another third-party platform,
your purchase is subject to that platform’s refund policies and procedures.
SpeechMax cannot guarantee refunds for purchases processed by third-party platforms.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
SpeechMax reserves the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe:
- the policy is being abused;
- multiple refund requests are made;
- the Services were used excessively or improperly;
- fraudulent activity occurred;
- the user violated our Terms of Use.
7. Processing of Refunds
If approved:
- refunds are typically issued to the original payment method;
- processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
SpeechMax is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription:
- stops future renewals;
- does not automatically trigger a refund.
To avoid future charges, users must cancel before the next billing cycle.
